Overview Of The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Key Account Manager – Power & Industrial Products to join our Power Division in Jeddah. In this role, you will engage with customers daily, introduce complete solution offerings, and contribute directly to the growth of PP & IP product sales. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Regional Sales Managers to understand customer needs and deliver the right solutions.

What You Will Do

• Achieve monthly sales targets for Power & Industrial Products units.
• Work with the Regional Sales Manager and Product Manager to plan monthly and quarterly objectives by model.
• Develop and maintain a strong forecasting strategy to ensure accurate weekly forecasting of sales and gross margins.
• Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly using SAP outputs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular customer interactions to understand requirements and recommend suitable product packages and solutions.

• Strong analytical, numerical, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

About The Team

You will be part of the Power and Industrial Products Sales Team within the FAMCO business unit. This team collaborates closely with Regional Sales Managers and Product Managers to ensure customers receive the right solutions and exceptional service. The environment is fast paced, performance driven, and focused on continuous improvement.

What Equips You For The Role

• Bachelor’s degree—preferably in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Power & Industrial Products within KSA.
• A customer centric mindset with a strong drive for results.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and gain commitment across multiple organizational levels.
• A continuous learning attitude and willingness to adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
