## Production supervisor (Madinah)Applylocations: 4404 - Bulghah, Sukhaybarat & Humaymahtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR100299**About EPSA:**We are a global family-owned business with over 60 years in the mining, civil and earth moving industry operating in several countries throughout the world.We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team.Position: **Production supervisor.**We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to coordinate supervising, and controlling extraction, loading, and hauling activities in open-pit mining operations, ensuring compliance with production plans, as well as safety, quality, and environmental standards established by the company.**Key Responsibilities:*** Supervise daily operations related to extraction, loading, hauling, and dumping of ore and waste material.* Coordinate manpower and equipment to meet production targets.* Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.* Monitor operational performance indicators and report deviations.* Recommend process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce operating costs.* Train, evaluate, and motivate team members under supervision.* Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and reliability.**Requirements:*** Technical degree or university degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.* Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in open-pit mining.* Knowledge of mine planning, safety, and environmental management.* Proficiency in mining software and reporting tools.* Strong leadership, communication, and ability to work under pressure.**What we offer:*** Job stability.* Attractive salary package.* Private health insurance.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
