بالنيابة عن العميل, نبحث عن مدير مالي لينظم الى شركتهم بالرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التخطيط المالي الاستراتيجي وإعداد الموازنات التقديرية ومتابعة تنفيذها وتحليل الانحرافات واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.
- الإشراف الكامل على جميع وظائف الإدارة المالية بما يشمل المحاسبة والتقارير والخزينة والزكاة والضرائب.
- تقييم فرص الاندماج والاستحواذ وإجراء الفحص النافي اللجهالة من الناحية المالية.
- الإشراف على إعداد القوائم المالية السنوية والدورية وفق المعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية المعتمدة في المملكة، وضمان الالتزام ما يصدر عن الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين، مع الالتزام بمتطلبات الإفصاح والشفافية الصادرة عن هيئة السوق المالية، والتنسيق مع المراجع الخارجي لاعتماد القوائم المالية.
- تعزيز منظومة الحوكمة المالية والرقابة الداخلية، وإدارة المخاطر المالية، ودعم أعمال المراجعة الداخلية من خلال توفير التقارير والتحليلات اللازمة.
- المراجعة الدورية وتطوير السياسات والإجراءات واللوائح المالية ونظم الرقابة الداخلية لضمان تحديثها وتوافقها مع أفضل الممارسات والمعايير الرقابية.
- الإشراف على تصميم وتطوير الهيكل التنظيمي للإدارة المالية بما يضمن كفاءة توزيع المهام، وتحديد الصلاحيات، بما يمنع تعارض المصالح.
- إدارة السيولة والتدفقات النقدية والتخطيط للاحتياجات التمويلية، والإشراف على القروض والتسهيلات البنكية والاستثمارات.
- قيادة عمليات التفاوض على اتفاقيات التمويل بأمت انواعها، وإعداد ومراجعة بنودها بالتنسيق مع الإدارة القانونية، ومتابعة الالتزامات التعاقدية المرتبطة بها، وتحليل تكلفة التمويل وإعادة الهيكلة عند الحاجة، وإدارة العلاقة مع البنوك والمؤسسات المالية.
- الإشراف على الالتزامات الزكوية والضريبية والتعامل مع هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك، وإدارة الفحوصات والاعتراضات ذات العلاقة، وتطوير استراتيجيات التخطيط الزكوي والضريبي بما يحقق الكفاءة والامتثال.
- إعداد التحليلات المالية والمؤشرات والتوقعات المستقبلية وفق الأطر والنماذج الدولية، وتقييم الجدوى الاقتصادية للمشاريع، ودعم قرارات الاستثمار والتوسع.
- تطوير وإدارة فريق الإدارة المالية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)، وتحديد المستهدفات، ومتابعة الأداء، ورفع تقارير دورية للإدارة التنفيذية ومجلس الإدارة، وتعزيز بيئة عمل احترافيّة قائمة على الكفاءة والشفافية.
- تعزيز التكامل والتنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى مثل المشتريات والمشاريع والمبيعات والموارد البشرية لضمان مواءمة العمليات المالية مع الأنشطة التشغيلية، وتحسين كفاءة الإنفاق، ودعم اتخاذ القرار.
- الإشراف على الأنظمة المالية والتحول الرقمي وضمان تكاملها مع العمليات التشغيلية والعمل على تحسين الإجراءات ورفع كفاءة الأداء.
- تمثيل الشركة في الأمور المالية أمام الجهات الرسمية، ودعم أنشطة علاقات المستثمرين، وتنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يتم التكليف بها من الإدارة العليا أو مجلس الإدارة.
- إدارة وتحسين رأس المال العامل (المخزون، الذمم المدينة، الذمم الدائنة) لتعزيز السيولة وكفاءة التشغيل.
- تقديم التوصيات المالية الاستراتيجية للإدارة التنفيذية ومجلس الإدارة لدعم اتخاذ القرار.
- الإشراف على وضع السياسات ونظم الرقابة الداخلية للمستودعات، وضمان دقة إجراءات الاستلام والصرف، والإشراف على عمليات الجرد الدوري والمفاجئ، وتحليل حركة المخزون (البطيء والراكد) وتقديم التقارير اللازمة لاتخاذ القرارات المالية بشأنها.
- ضمان حصر وتسجيل الأصول الثابتة، ومتابعة سجل الأصول الثابتة بما يتوافق مع المعايير المحاسبية.
- متابعة الضمانات البنكية القائمة واتخاذ ما يلزم بشأنها.
- إدارة سياسات الائتمان والتحصيل بما يدعم توازن سيولة النقدية والمحافظة على أصول الشركة ورأس المال العامل.
الخبرة والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في المجال المالي، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي (مدير مالي أو نائب مدير مالي).
- خبرة في شركات مساهمة مدرجة أو بيئات خاضعة لمتطلبات حوكمة وامتثال عالية.
- معرفة تامة بالمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS & IAS) والمعايير المعتمدة من الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين أو لائحة هيئة السوق المالية السعودية لضمان الامتثال التام، ومتابعة تحديثات لوائح حوكمة الشركات والتأكد من تضمينها في السياسات المالية للشركة.
- خبرة في إدارة التمويل والتسهيلات البنكية واتفاقيات التمويل بأنواعها.
- خبرة في التخطيط المالي، إعداد القوائم المالية، والتحليل المالي المتقدم.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الجهات التنظيمية والمراجعين الداخليين والخارجيين.
- خبرة في العمل على الأنظمة المحاسبية العالمية المتقدمة وبرامج التحليل المالي والنمذجة.
المؤهلات العلمية والمهنية
- المؤهل الأكاديمي: بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال (ويفضل الحصول على ماجستير إدارة أعمال MBA).
- الشهادات المهنية: الحصول على واحدة أو أكثر من الشهادات الدولية أو المحلية المعتمدة، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: شهادة جمعية المحاسبين القانونيين المعتمدين (ACCA)، شهادة زمالة في الهيئة السعودية للمراجعين والمحاسبين (SOCPA)، محاسب قانوني معتمد (CPA)، محلل مالي معتمد (CFA).
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرات قيادية واستراتيجية عالية مع مهارة اتخاذ القرار.
- امتلاك قدرة متقدمة على التحليل المالي وإعداد التقارير الاستراتيجية والنماذج المالية، وتحديد الفجوات المالية والمخاطر التشغيلية وابتكار استراتيجيات فعالة للحد من آثارها وتعظيم الربحية.
- مهارات تواصل فعّالة مع الإدارة العليا ومجلس الإدارة والمستثمرين.
- مهارات تفاوض قوية خاصة في التمويل والعقود.
- قدرة على إدارة المخاطر والعمل تحت الضغط.
- إلمام قوي بالتحول الرقمي والأنظمة المالية، وتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة لأتمتة العمليات المالية ورفع كفاءة ودقة التقارير.
- امتلاك قدرة عالية على التفاوض والتواصل، وإدارة النزاعات المهنية بإيجابية للوصول إلى حلول تخدم مصلحة الشركة.
- القدرة على إدارة الحوارات رفيعة المستوى بوضوح وباقة، وتبسيط المعلومات المالية المتخصصة لغير الماليين لضمان مواءمة الجميع مع التوجهات المالية.
- التمتع بمرونة عالية في التكيف مع المتغيرات الاقتصادية والرقابية المفاجئة.
- الإيجابية والعمل بروح الفريق والتوافق مع منظومة العمل بالشركة وبما يدعم أفضل الممارسات والحلول وتحقيق الأهداف المقررة.
