Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in construction and site engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and site supervision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of Primavera is a plus).
- Ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Prepare progress reports and monitor project performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards.
