Partner with the best

As a Field Engineer you will carry out the operations on machined parts to a high degree of quality. You'll be able to work under your own initiative to meet the production schedule of the plant. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on some innovative products.

As a field specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring coiled tubing units, injector heads, reels, and control systems.
  
• Monitoring real-time parameters (tubing, depth, weight, pump rates, and well pressure).
  
• Performing pre-job inspections and function tests, pressure testing of equipment, basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
  
• Conducting risk assessments and ensure compliance with Baker Hughes and customer HSE requirements.
  
• Recording operational data and prepare accurate job reports for customers.
  
• Coordinate with the customer, rig crew, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Mentoring operators and junior personnel while maintaining high operational standards.
  

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline (preferred).
  
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in coiled tubing operations and oilfield services
  
• Strong knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, pressure control equipment (BOPs, stripper, lubricator), Nitrogen pumping, Well intervention operations.
  
• have strong knowledge of HSE procedures and risk Management.
  
• Be able to work in a team.
