UI/UX Designer

- Design and develop intuitive user interfaces and enriching user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
- Maintain and update the design system and style guides to ensure consistency across different projects.
- Stay informed on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to integrate new techniques into the design process.
- Analyze user behavior and metrics to continually enhance user experiences and meet project goals.
- Effectively present design concepts and rationale to clients and team members for feedback and approval.
- Participate in Agile development processes to align design work with project timelines and deliverables.
- Support developers in implementing designs through the provision of detailed specifications and assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
- Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and solutions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across different teams.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
