Job Description

• Support the implementation of the hotel’s annual marketing and communications plan.
• Assist in developing and coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and hotel initiatives.
• Create and coordinate engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other communication channels.
• Manage and maintain the hotel’s social media content calendar.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect information, updates, and content for marketing purposes.
• Assist with photography and video shoots, including coordinating requirements with photographers and agencies.
• Support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, menus, posters, and digital assets.
• Ensure all marketing and communication materials comply with the hotel’s brand standards and guidelines.
• Assist in preparing press releases, media communications, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Maintain positive relationships with media, influencers, suppliers, and external marketing partners as required.
• Monitor social media activity, online presence, and competitor communications.
• Support hotel events, activations, openings, and promotional activities from a marketing and communications perspective.
• Assist with updating the hotel website and online platforms with accurate and current information.
• Track and report on social media and marketing campaign performance.
• Maintain an organized archive of marketing materials, photos, videos, and brand assets.
• Support the department with administrative tasks, purchase orders, invoices, and marketing-related documentation.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in line with hotel policies, brand standards, and company guidelines.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of content creation, photography, and video production.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing/social media tools.
