We are urgently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Executive Secretary for our prestigious client in Saudi Arabia .
Position: Executive Secretary
Location: Saudi Arabia
Gender: Female Only
Nationality: UK / Irish / South African Nationals Only
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an Executive Secretary.
Experience working with Saudi Aramco and/or Saudi Aramco Joint Ventures (JVs)/Subsidiaries is highly preferred.
Excellent administrative, organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Special Requirement:
One of the two positions is specifically for an Executive Secretary supporting the HR Department .
Candidates applying for this position must have relevant experience as an HR Secretary / Executive Secretary supporting Human Resources functions , including:
HR documentation and correspondence
Employee records management
Recruitment and onboarding coordination
HR meeting scheduling and administrative support
General HR-related coordination activities
Job Requirements:
