Automation & DCS Engineer (Honeywell Experience Preferred)

VirtuThinko is seeking an Automation & DCS Engineer to support industrial automation projects by delivering engineering, migration, commissioning, and lifecycle support services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), with Honeywell TPS and Experion PKS experience being highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the migration of legacy Honeywell TPS systems to Experion PKS.
- Perform DCS engineering, configuration, testing, and system integration.
- Execute commissioning activities, including FDS/DDS preparation, P&ID reviews, I/O loop checks, and FAT/SAT.
- Develop and maintain HMI, GUS, TPS Graphics, and Orion Console displays.
- Configure and support Honeywell Experion C300 controllers and related hardware.
- Troubleshoot DCS hardware and software issues and provide lifecycle support.
- Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation or DCS engineering.
- Experience in DCS migration, commissioning, and lifecycle support.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, P&IDs, FAT/SAT, and commissioning processes.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
