Logistic Dispatcher Position. Region: Dammam Logistic Dispatcher position. The candidate should have prior experience in logistics and transportation operations, preferably with reputable service companies, and possess a good understanding of field transportation coordination and fleet management. The key responsibilities of the Logistics Dispatcher will include: Coordinating with transport suppliers to arrange the required vehicles and transportation resources for ongoing operations. Monitoring and optimizing transportation costs to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Maintaining regular follow-up with drivers to ensure timely arrival at job locations. Preparing and updating transportation utilization records on a daily basis. Reviewing and verifying transportation timesheets for accuracy and compliance.
