Real estate leasing services officer
Part-time
Job description:
- Receiving customer and tenant inquiries and responding to them professionally
- Displaying suitable properties to customers and sending information, pictures and available offers
- Follow up on potential customers and convert them into actual rental opportunities
- Coordinating the dates of inspections and field visits
- Negotiating leasing terms between the parties in accordance with approved policies
- Collecting documents and data required from clients and reviewing them
- Preparing and following up on quotations, contracts and related documents
- Follow up on contracting procedures through the Ejar platform and related parties
- Continuously updating customer and real estate data in the systems used
- Preparing periodic reports on leasing opportunities and completed contracts
- Contributing to improving operational procedures and raising the level of customer service
- Work will be mainly remote
- The employee will be provided with all the tools and systems necessary to perform his duties efficiently
- Attendance to the office is not required on a daily basis, and is usually limited to one coordination meeting or visit per week when needed
- A flexible work environment that depends on results, achievement and quality of service provided to customers
