Job description:
- A cost controller is required to work at Mafaz Trading Company (Central Kitchen) in Riyadh
Job duties:- Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs
- Follow up inventory, conduct periodic inventory, and analyze discrepancies
- Review Standard Recipes and ensure adherence to them
- Preparing cost and waste reports and submitting them to management
- Follow up on receipt and disbursement operations to ensure accuracy of costs
- Analyzing consumption rates and proposing solutions to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency
- Coordination with purchasing, warehouse and production departments to ensure that control procedures are implemented
