Marketing Manager SET

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and market development in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East-North Africa region. The role involves developing marketing strategy, managing product portfolio launches, and collaborating with commercial teams and distribution channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and align marketing strategy with commercial teams to drive Zimmer Biomet portfolio expansion
- Build market knowledge, analyze market dynamics, and establish clear brand positioning
- Create launch plans and business cases while supporting sustainable market segment growth
- Conduct field visits to distributors, hospitals, and surgeons for product presentations and training
- Collaborate with regulatory, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or Science
- 3-5 years multinational sales or marketing experience in orthopedic field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong planning and presentation skills
