Sales Manager - EPS & XPS Insulation Products

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals for EPS & XPS insulation products.
• Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within construction, real estate, contractor, and distributor segments.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts, consultants, architects, and channel partners.
• Conduct market analysis to monitor competition, industry developments, and evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product specifications.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and regular performance reports.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and organizational goals.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance product visibility.
• Ensure superior customer experience through prompt after-sales service and issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in building materials sales, preferably in EPS/XPS or insulation products.
• Strong understanding of the construction and insulation materials market.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Valid driving license and readiness to travel as needed.
