Join our team as a growth-focused Marketing Strategist where you’ll build and execute multi-channel campaigns that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
Job PurposeOwn the marketing strategy and campaign execution end-to-end—leveraging data, experimentation, and channel expertise to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI while staying within approved budgets.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Marketing analytics (GA4, dashboards)
- Strategic planning & campaign execution
- SEO/SEM (keyword research, PPC)
- Email & marketing automation
- CRM management (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- A/B testing & conversion rate optimization
- Data-driven decision making
- Budget management & ROAS optimization
- Cross-functional leadership & stakeholder management
- Creative problem-solving
- Lead generation & funnel optimization
Qualifications
Required
Qualifications
- Marketing analytics proficiency (GA4, dashboards)
- Hands-on SEO/SEM experience (keyword research, PPC)
- Experience with email/marketing automation platforms
- CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot) and pipeline/lead management
- Demonstrated A/B testing and CRO experience
- Ability to drive measurable ROAS and conversion improvements
- Strategic thinking and marketing planning skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Budget management experience within targets
- Data-driven experimentation and optimization mindset
