Rosewood AMAALA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring for the resort's pre-opening and ongoing operations in Saudi Arabia. You will partner with department leaders, build talent pipelines, and manage employer branding and recruitment campaigns to attract world-class hospitality professionals.
You will ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations and Saudisation objectives, oversee candidate experience, coordinate assessment centres, and collaborate with government
