Remote L1 IT Support Engineer - Cloud & Network
Pace Industries, LLC
Rackspace Technology in Saudi Arabia is seeking a proactive L1 Technical Support Engineer to join our IT Managed Services team. You will provide first-level support, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues and escalate incidents related to enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, networking and security technologies.
The role requires 1–3 years in IT support or infrastructure monitoring, knowledge of ITSM tools, networking fundamentals, and strong communication.
