Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agreed revenue and margin targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Saudi market.
- Generate leads and proactively approach potential clients, contractors, consultants, developers, and end users.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting.
- Follow opportunities from initial enquiry through negotiation, award, and handover to the projects team.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support the closing of projects.

Market & Client Development

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within contractors, consultants, developers, and end clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the fit-out and construction sectors.
- Identify upcoming projects and ensure early engagement with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and industry events.

Project & Technical Coordination

- Work closely with the technical, estimation, contracts, procurement, and projects teams to ensure accurate and competitive proposals.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding product specifications, technical requirements, material approvals, and project requirements.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales award to project execution.
- Support the team in resolving commercial or client-related issues during project execution when required.

Commercial Responsibilities

- Achieve agreed sales targets, gross margins, and business development objectives.
- Ensure commercial proposals are prepared accurately and competitively.
- Negotiate terms and conditions while protecting the company's commercial interests.
- Monitor outstanding commercial opportunities and support timely order conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM / sales records and provide regular management reports.

Required Experience & Skills

- Proven experience in sales and business development within the fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong experience with glass partitions, demountable partitions, or related architectural systems.
- Established relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end clients in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of project-based B2B sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, develop opportunities, and take ownership of the sales process.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi construction and fit-out market.
- A valid Saudi Iqama and transferable status would be an advantage.
