Housekeeping Attendant

As a Housekeeping Attendant , you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Location: Conrad Riyadh Laysen Valley | Riyadh

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.

• Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels and amenities.

• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all room surfaces and furniture.

• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensuring hygiene standards are met.

• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, water, and stationery.

• Report any maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms or public areas.

• Ensure corridors, elevators, and public areas are clean and presentable at all times.

• Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely.

• Handle guest requests politely and promptly when delivering items or services.

• Maintain housekeeping equipment and report any malfunction or loss.

• Follow hotel policies related to hygiene, safety, and security.

• Assist in laundry operations when required.

• Support room inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

• Respond professionally to guest inquiries or complaints.

• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for smooth room readiness.

• Maintain privacy and security of guest belongings at all times.

• Complete daily room assignment reports and update room status accurately.

Requirements:
• Open to all nationalities
• Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping or a related field within the hospitality industry
• Basic knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
