Role Overview

EMEA Associate Sales Representative – Saudi Arabia (KSA) – Year 1 training location: London (Bedfont Lakes); Year 2 location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA). Target Start Date: March1,2027.

Training & Career Path

• 12‑month global accelerator program focused on high‑potential sales development.
• Month1–3: Immersive Bootcamp training and foundational skill building at Bedfont Lakes Hub.
• Month3–12: Three rotational assignments delivering real‑world sales experience and quarterly competency checkpoints.
• Beyond 12months: Transition into an Inside Account Executive role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Cisco Associate Solutions Engineers to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Develop expertise across Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud to bridge technical requirements and business value.
• Leverage AI‑first tools and advanced learning platforms to design solutions and improve strategic decision‑making.
• Uncover new opportunities and build long‑term relationships with customers and partners.

Minimum Requirements

• Recent undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience through apprenticeships or vocational programmes, with up to 2years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Legally authorised to work in the country of hire without company sponsorship.
• Willing to relocate to Bedfont Lakes (London) for the 12‑month training.

• Business, STEM, or Management degree valued; strong emphasis on diversity – applicants from non‑traditional backgrounds such as Liberal Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences welcomed.
• Socially‑native technology enthusiast who leverages AI tools for prospecting and market analysis.
