ITS Systems Specialist

Role Overview: This role is focused on the Integrated Systems Management aspect of the project. The specialist will contribute to delivering the Operational BRT System which is a key deliverable and includes an integrated network comprising modern infrastructure advanced vehicles and intelligent transport systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing intelligent transport systems (ITS) integratio n .
• Working to enhance functionality and interoperability across the BRT network through ITS integration.
• Contributing to the development and delivery of an Operational BRT System which includes intelligent transport systems.

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems for BRT project management and construction management
• Analyze and optimize system performance to enhance efficiency in BRT operations
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and address ITrelated challenges in BRT projects
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BRTrelated IT infrastructure
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive project data and systems
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on system performance and issues
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in transportation IT systems
• Train and support endusers on BRTrelated IT tools and applications
• Participate in the planning and of IT projects that support BRT initiatives

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT systems management preferably in transportation or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and IT system architecture
• Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools
• Experience with Bus Rapid Transit systems or other public transportation technologies
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailoriented approach
• Strong organizational abilities and efficiency in managing multiple projects
• Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
• ITIL certification preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Familiarity with public transportation systems and Bus Rapid Transit operations
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to work onsite in Madinah Saudi Arabia
