- تعلن شركة في مدينة الرياض عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير موارد بشرية سعودي الجنسية. يشترط في المتقدم امتلاك خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية.
- مع إلمام تام بأنظمة العمل السعودية والتعامل مع المنصات الحكومية مثل: قوى.
- التأمينات الاجتماعية.
- مدد.
- ووزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية. تتضمن المهام بناء وإدارة فرق الموارد البشرية.
- تطوير السياسات والإجراءات.
- والإشراف على عمليات التوظيف وشؤون الموظفين. يتطلب التقديم إرسال فيديو تعريفي بالخبرات لمدة تتراوح بين 1 إلى 2 دقيقة.
- الشروط: خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية - إلمام تام بأنظمة العمل السعودية والمنصات الحكومية (قوى، التأمينات الاجتماعية، مدد، ووزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية) - تصوير فيديو 1 - 2 دقيقة تعريف عن الخبرات
