CX Design Lead: End-to-End Customer Experience

Riyadh Region

SupportFinity™ is seeking a CX/UI resource to lead end-to-end customer experience initiatives in the Riyadh region. You will define the CX vision, improve customer journeys, and align digital touchpoints across platforms to enhance overall satisfaction.

Working closely with business and technology teams, you will document user needs, simplify complex flows, and translate insights into actionable designs for web and mobile interfaces, announcements, and user guides.
