Job Title: Sales Representative, Heavy Equipment Spare Parts (Counter Sales and Field Sales)

Job Summary
A company specializing in heavy equipment spare parts, with a focus on Caterpillar, is looking for experienced sales professionals to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and assist walk-in customers, identify their spare parts needs, and provide accurate product information
- Process sales inquiries, quotations and orders efficiently
- Visit customers and prospects in the field, promote products and secure new business (outside sales)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
- Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and customer data using computer systems and Excel
- Follow up on orders, deliveries and customer feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of heavy equipment spare parts, preferably Caterpillar
- Solid knowledge of heavy equipment parts and part identification
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work toward sales targets
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia (candidates already working in the Kingdom are given priority)
