Medtronic Saudi Arabia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Offer to Cash Business Process Director to lead and oversee the entire Offer to Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

This pivotal role focuses on managing the execution and ongoing enhancement of the full O2C cycle, driving streamlined operations, and aligning processes with strategic business objectives.

As the Offer to Cash Business Process Director, you will be responsible for driving operational effectiveness, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring seamless integration across teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Leadership & Support : Manage all aspects of the O2C operations, including efficient credit management, liaising with customer care for timely order entry, logistics management for timely deliveries and pod collection, pricing and quotations, consignment management, and data matching and uploading. Lead and oversee daily O2C activities to ensure timely execution and alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), monitor invoice status movements, develop and maintain action plans, track team performance, and collaborate with functional and commercial leaders to update risk mitigation plans and handle unresolved issues.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards in all operational aspects.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination : Ensure accuracy, timeliness and completeness of documentation related to customer product deliveries; foster cross‑functional collaboration between Commercial, Customer Care, and Logistics teams to drive compliance with delivery standards and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
• Operational Performance Monitoring : Conduct daily and weekly tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze root causes of underperformance, define and implement corrective measures in collaboration with sales, customer service, business operations, credit services and logistics teams, and elevate unresolved performance gaps through the appropriate channels.
• Reporting and Governance : Prepare and lead weekly operational reviews with key stakeholders, consolidate bi‑weekly updates on progress, KPIs, and challenges, and deliver monthly executive‑level reporting for the Steering Committee.
• Continuous Improvement : Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies, risk management, and service quality.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in operations, credit & collections, logistics, customer care, and public sector, within highly transactional environments, gained both in and outside of Saudi Arabia.
• Deep understanding of the operational, regulatory, and financial landscape in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; capable of collaborating effectively with cross‑regional teams, being agile to adapt to change, and leading through influence.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and process optimization skills.
• Technology Proficiency: demonstrated IT capabilities, including familiarity with emerging innovations such as Generative AI, Hyper Automation, and related technologies.
• Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
