Danya is a growing lifestyle and beauty brand focused on creating distinctive, premium products with a strong and recognizable brand identity. As we expand our presence in Saudi Arabia and international markets, we are looking for an energetic and commercially minded Marketing Executive to take responsibility for the day-to-day marketing and growth of the Danya brand.

The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive who can take ownership of Danya’s marketing activities across digital channels, e-commerce platforms, social media, influencers, campaigns, and product launches.

The successful candidate should combine creativity with a strong sales and performance mindset. This is not simply a social-media posting role—we are looking for someone who can help turn marketing activity into brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Danya’s marketing strategy and monthly marketing calendar.
Manage the brand's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Plan and coordinate content including product photography, videos, reels, advertisements, promotional campaigns and brand storytelling.
Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, website traffic, leads and sales.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
Identify and coordinate with influencers, content creators, models and brand ambassadors.
Plan marketing campaigns for new product launches, seasonal promotions and special events.
Support the growth of Danya products through Amazon, e-commerce marketplaces and the Danya website.
Work closely with management, designers, photographers, suppliers and external agencies.
Ensure that all marketing materials maintain Danya's premium brand image and visual identity.
Conduct competitor, customer and market research to identify new opportunities.
Monitor advertising expenditure and campaign performance.
Track KPIs including reach, engagement, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, ROAS and sales.
Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommend improvements.
Identify partnerships, collaborations and promotional opportunities that can accelerate Danya's growth.
Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone who is creative, ambitious, commercially focused and highly proactive.

Preferred qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Previous experience in digital marketing, brand management, social media or e-commerce.
Experience with beauty, cosmetics, fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian consumers and social-media trends.
Knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok marketing and other digital advertising platforms.
Experience working with influencers and content creators.
Understanding of e-commerce and online customer acquisition.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
Arabic and English communication skills are highly preferred.
