Our Potential Opportunity   

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking QC Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Saudi Aramco QC requirements and have prior experience working as a QC Engineer on Saudi Aramco projects . The candidate should be Aramco-approved and capable of supervising on-site QC activities, ensuring all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver  

• Manage and supervise all on-site quality control activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco’s QC standards and project specifications.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and construction activities to ensure they meet project and industry quality standards.
• Maintain accurate QC documentation, including test reports, inspection records, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Identify and document non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and follow up to ensure they are resolved.
• Conduct inspections of materials and equipment from vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement solutions.
• Assist in internal and external quality audits, ensuring all QC procedures and records are compliant with Saudi Aramco and industry regulations.
• Supervise and mentor on-site QC staff, ensuring all quality control activities are performed according to project standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the project’s overall quality performance.

REQUIREMENTS

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
• 5+ years of experience in quality control, particularly within EPC projects .
• Aramco approval as a QC Engineer is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco QC standards and procedures.
• Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001 or equivalent) is preferred.
