نقدم فرصة للانضمام إلى فريق الموارد البشرية/التطوير المؤسسي لتصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريب وتطوير المهارات للعاملين، بما يضمن رفع الكفاءة وتحقيق أثر ملموس عبر خطط واضحة ومحتوى عالي الجودة وقياس مستمر للنتائج.
Job Purposeتهدف هذه الوظيفة إلى بناء وتنفيذ خطة تدريب سنوية مبنية على تحليل احتياجات التدريب، وإدارة دورة حياة التدريب من تصميم الحقائب والمحتوى وحتى التقييم وقياس الأثر، مع ضمان الامتثال ودقة سجلات التدريب وتحسين البرامج باستمرار.
