Location: Remote (Minimum 4-hour overlap with GMT/BST) (Global)

About the Role

We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and action-oriented Subscriber Growth Specialist to lead the growth of our email subscriber base for the fast-growing content brand. Your mission will be to help scale our audience quickly, efficiently, and sustainably—starting with 1,000 new subscribers in Month 1, then doubling each month thereafter.

You’ll work closely with the Founder and wider team in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This role blends strategy, experimentation, execution, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a subscriber growth strategy across organic and paid channels
• Run daily engagement efforts via our 10,000 Comment Strategy to drive traffic from social platforms.
• Identify and partner with aligned influencers to increase reach and credibility.
• Track, report, and optimize funnel metrics: Impressions > Profile Visits > Signups .
• Maximize conversion rates across subscriber entry points (Beehiiv, social bios, landing pages).
• Lead and coordinate both paid and organic outreach initiatives.
• Identify high-value audience segments and double down on targeting strategies.
• Contribute to the development and testing of growth loops.
• Create and deliver weekly performance reports and actionable recommendations

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

• Experience with Beehiiv software and associated growth tools
• 2+ years in a growth, marketing, or community role—preferably for a newsletter, content brand, or social-driven product.
• Proven track record of growing audiences through organic and/or influencer strategies.
• Deep understanding of funnel metrics and growth experimentation frameworks.
• Excellent written communication skills; confident commenting and engaging publicly in our voice.
• Familiarity with influencer identification and outreach strategies.
• Bonus: Experience using Reddit, Twitter/X, and niche online communities for growth.

• Notion, Typefully, Hypefury (or similar scheduling tools)-highly preferred

Time Commitment

• Full-time preferred (40 hrs/week)
  
   
• Must maintain 4+ hours of daily overlap with GMT/BST
  
   
  • Afternoon overlap is preferred, but flexible.
    
     
• Generous time-off policy: minimum 30 days annually, including all Christian/national holidays.
  
   

Trial & Interview Process

1. Basic application and profile review

   • Day 1: Review newsletter and present initial growth plan
     
      
   • Days 2–4: Execute small-scale experiment (with tool access as needed)
     
      
   • Day 5: Report on outcomes, learnings, and next steps

Growth Targets

• Month 1: 1,000 new subscribers
  
   
• Month 2: 2,000 new subscribers
  
   
• Month 3: 4,000 new subscribers
  
   
• Marketing budget provided ($500+ to start; uncapped if performance targets are met).
  
   
• Current subscriber metrics: 70% open rate, 33% CTR
  
   
• Each subscriber estimated to be worth $5–20 (pending larger sample)
