As a Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure that our Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection by enabling flawless accomplishment, on time of delivery and cash collection.

As a Service Delivery Manager - Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for :

·       Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.

·       Collaborating with sales teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned areas to understand the activity forecast.

·       Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume.

·       Ensuring that the team fully understands the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio.

·       Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

·       Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant, related subject.

·       More than 14 years of experience in the oilfield services industry. 

• Proven experience in the Cementing business and operations. 

• At least 3 years of sales experience, with a track record of driving business growth. 

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 80+ employees. 

• Successfully led initiatives focused on cost reduction, project optimization, and operational efficiency, delivering measurable business value and supporting sustainable business performance .

·       Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment

·       Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems

·       Demonstrate good communication , interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
