Position

Drill Mechanic – Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and adjustments on machinery according to manufacturer guidelines and as directed by the Project Mechanical Manager.
• Conduct machinery inspections and monitor identified faults.
• Diagnose equipment failures.
• Repair breakdowns following established procedures.
• Replace components in accordance with standard procedures.
• Assist the Project Mechanical Manager in preparing reports on machinery condition.
• Ensure proper completion of preventive maintenance reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Properly care for and maintain assigned tools.
• Attend pre‑shift meetings before starting work.
• Complete the daily work report.
• Be familiar with and comply with the company’s Safety Policies, Standards, and Environmental Best Practices.

Qualifications

• Higher Level Vocational Training in Mechanics.
• Basic Training in Occupational Health and Safety.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a heavy equipment machinery mechanic technician.
• Expertise in Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, Epiroc/Atlas Copco and Sandvik machinery.
• Medical aptitude for the job.
• English language proficiency B2; French is a plus.
