Purchasing Officer

Description

A hotel in Jubail Industrial City is looking for a Purchasing Officer to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and follow up on daily purchasing activities.
Create and submit purchase requests through the system and follow up until completion.
Follow up on purchase approvals and coordinate with the Finance Department.
Communicate with suppliers and follow up on quotations, prices, and deliveries.
Source suitable suppliers and products based on the hotel’s requirements.
Visit the local market to purchase required items when needed.
Follow up on purchased items and ensure they meet the required specifications.
Maintain and organize quotations, invoices, and purchasing documents.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure their requirements are provided on time.

Requirements:

Previous experience in purchasing is an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and pricing.
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Good command of spoken Arabic.
Responsible, organized, and committed to work.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: SAR 2,600 per month
Accommodation provided
