Strategic Procurement Specialist

Alturki Holding in Riyadh seeks a Procurement specialist to execute category strategies and sourcing activities that support commercial performance and operational continuity. The role works cross-functionally to optimize spend, strengthen supplier performance, and ensure adherence to procurement policies and controls.
Develop and execute RFQs, quotations, and framework agreements; conduct supplier evaluations; negotiate terms; and monitor KPI performance.
