About the role

The Head of Marketing Content will lead the Arabic content strategy and production for a leading international luxury real estate developer in Saudi Arabia, driving compelling Arabic-language storytelling that resonates with high-net-worth Saudi and GCC audiences. Working at the intersection of editorial, video, and AI-powered content generation, this role is central to establishing the brand as the definitive luxury real estate name in the Kingdom.

The postholder will directly manage a Video Director and AI Content Operators, setting the creative vision, managing content calendars, and ensuring all output is consistent with brand standards across digital, social, and campaign channels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the Arabic content strategy for Saudi Arabia, aligned with regional marketing objectives and brand positioning.
- Create and manage a rolling content calendar across all channels — social media, email, website, and events.
- Set and uphold editorial and creative standards for all Arabic-language output.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team including a Video Director and AI Content Operators.
- Oversee localisation and cultural adaptation of content for KSA and wider GCC audiences.
- Collaborate with sales, brand, and digital teams to align content with campaign priorities.
