Your Mission

As Construction Manager – Civil Engineering in our Infrastructure department, you will contribute to our mission every day by overseeing the successful execution of major civil engineering and infrastructure construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, within budget, and according to quality and schedule requirements while supporting sustainable infrastructure development across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction activities including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.

Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure effective project execution.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction standards, quality requirements, and applicable building codes.

Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation while coordinating with engineering and design teams to resolve site-related issues.

Conduct site inspections, progress evaluations, and quality assessments to monitor project milestones and mitigate construction risks.

Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities by providing regular project updates and resolving construction-related concerns.

Manage project budgets, cost controls, financial forecasts, and reporting activities to ensure efficient project delivery and resource utilization.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Minimum 13 years of experience in construction management within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector.

Extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure and civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.

Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes related to civil engineering projects.

Experience working with leading consulting companies and multidisciplinary project teams.

Practical expertise in infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, roads, stormwater drainage channels, and city development programs.

Experience in reviewing executive structural designs and supervising their implementation on-site.

Experience in reviewing and approving updated construction and design modifications based on site requirements and project execution needs.

Proficiency in construction management software, project management tools, and MS Office applications.

Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred.
