Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding the company’s customer base within the plastic manufacturing and packaging sector. The role requires strong knowledge of plastic products manufactured through blow molding and injection molding technologies.

The position will primarily target manufacturers and industrial clients in sectors such as automotive oils and lubricants, detergents, personal care products, dairy, food manufacturing, and food packaging.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular field visits, generating new leads, delivering product presentations, understanding customers’ packaging requirements, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastic manufacturing and
  
• packaging market.
  
• Prospect, generate, and qualify new leads through market research, referrals, networking, cold calling, and field visits.
  
• Present the company’s products and capabilities.
  
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
  
• Negotiate prices and close sales deals.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  
• Achieve sales targets and submit regular sales reports.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience within the plastic manufacturing, plastic
  
• packaging, or related industrial sector.
  
• Experience in blow molding or injection molding products are preferred
  
• Experience dealing with manufacturers of automotive oils, detergents, dairy, or food products are preferred
  
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
  
• Good English communication skills.
  
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer acquisition skills.
