SPA Manager / Kuwait 5* Hotel

Career Land Center is recruiting a qualified Spa Manager for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Kuwait.

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in spa operations and hospitality experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day spa operations, maintaining exceptional service standards, managing the team, and ensuring a high-quality guest experience consistent with a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the hotel spa and wellness facilities.
• Lead, supervise, train, and develop spa therapists and support staff.
• Maintain exceptional guest-service standards appropriate for a 5-star hospitality environment.
• Oversee treatment services, appointments, facilities, inventory, and operational procedures.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and professional presentation.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally.
• Monitor spa supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Support revenue generation through effective spa promotions, services, and retail opportunities.
• Ensure team practices comply with applicable hotel, health, safety, and operational standards.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate performance updates to hotel management.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor, Wellness Manager, or similar leadership role .
• Previous experience in 5-star or luxury hospitality is strongly preferred.
• Hospital or healthcare-related hospitality experience is required/preferred , depending on the employer's final criteria.
• Strong knowledge of spa and wellness operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing a service-oriented team.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work professionally with guests, colleagues, hotel management, and external partners.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing a spa within a luxury hotel, resort, medical spa, wellness center, or healthcare-related hospitality environment.
• Experience with spa scheduling, treatment operations, inventory control, and revenue management.
• Familiarity with international luxury-hospitality service standards.
