تعلن الشركة عن حاجتها إلى   أخصائي استخراج بيانات وتوليد عملاء محتملين   يمتلك خبرة عملية في البحث وجمع واستخراج وتنظيم بيانات التواصل الخاصة بالشركات والعملاء المحتملين، بما يشمل عناوين البريد الإلكتروني، أرقام التواصل، أسماء المسؤولين، والمعلومات التجارية ذات الصلة، من المصادر العامة والمصرح باستخدامها.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• البحث عن بيانات الشركات والعملاء المحتملين وفقًا للفئات والأسواق المستهدفة.
  
• استخراج وتجميع عناوين البريد الإلكتروني وبيانات التواصل المهنية.
  
• جمع بيانات أصحاب القرار والمسؤولين داخل الشركات المستهدفة.
  
• استخدام أدوات البحث واستخراج البيانات وتوليد العملاء المحتملين.
  
• تنظيف البيانات، وإزالة البيانات المكررة، والتحقق من دقتها.
  
• تصنيف وتنظيم البيانات داخل ملفات   Excel   أو   Google Sheets   أو أنظمة   CRM.
  
• التحقق من صلاحية عناوين البريد الإلكتروني وتقليل نسبة البيانات غير الصحيحة.
  
• إعداد قواعد بيانات محدثة وجاهزة للاستخدام من قِبل فرق المبيعات والتسويق.
  
• إعداد تقارير دورية توضح حجم البيانات المستخرجة ونسبة دقتها.
  
• الالتزام بسياسات حماية البيانات والخصوصية واستخدام المصادر القانونية والمصرح بها.
  

الشروط والمتطلبات:

• خبرة عملية سابقة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال استخراج البيانات أو توليد العملاء المحتملين.
  
• خبرة في البحث المتقدم عبر الإنترنت وجمع بيانات الشركات.
  
• إجادة استخدام   Microsoft Excel   وGoogle Sheets.
  
• خبرة في أدوات استخراج والتحقق من البيانات مثل   Apollo   أو   LinkedIn Sales Navigator   أو   Hunter   أو أدوات مشابهة.
  
• القدرة على التعامل مع أنظمة   CRM   تُعد ميزة إضافية.
  
• الدقة العالية والقدرة على تنظيم كميات كبيرة من البيانات.
  
• مهارات جيدة في البحث والتحليل وإدارة الوقت.
  
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى يسمح بالبحث والتعامل مع المواقع والمنصات الأجنبية.
  
• يُشترط الإقامة في القاهرة أو المناطق القريبة منها.

Data Extraction & Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced   Data Extraction & Lead Generation Specialist   to research, collect, verify, and organize business contact information, including professional email addresses, phone numbers, decision-maker details, and other relevant company data from publicly available and authorized sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research companies and potential clients based on specific target markets and industries.
  
• Extract and collect professional email addresses and business contact information.
  
• Identify decision-makers and relevant contacts within target companies.
  
• Use data extraction, online research, and lead generation tools effectively.
  
• Clean databases, remove duplicates, and verify data accuracy.
  
• Organize and categorize collected data using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
  
• Verify email addresses and minimize invalid or outdated records.
  
• Prepare accurate and updated databases for sales and marketing teams.
  
• Provide regular reports on the volume, quality, and accuracy of collected data.
  
• Ensure compliance with data protection, privacy, and authorized data-use requirements.
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• At least one year of practical experience in data extraction, web research, or lead generation.
  
• Proven experience in researching companies and collecting business contact information.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  
• Experience using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, or similar platforms.
  
• Experience with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
  
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
  
• Strong research, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  
• Good command of English for researching and working with international websites and platforms.
  
• Must be based in Cairo or nearby areas.
