About the Team

You will join the JD Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.

Strategic Implementation & Business Advancement

• Undertake overall strategic planning for the department
• Promote implementation of sorting center in/out port, temporary storage and other business initiatives
• Coordinate resources to ensure successful business landing
• Ensure sorting operations align with the company’s overall development direction

Process & System Optimization

• Responsible for sorting processes of bulky goods and their optimization
• Promote equipment upgrade and transformation
• Improve operating system and data system functions
• Formulate and promote operation standardization norms
• Improve sorting operation efficiency and accuracy

Operation Management & Quality Improvement

• Coordinate bulky goods sorting operations
• Formulate personnel input and sorting plans based on cargo volume
• Diagnose operational experience problems
• Formulate and implement improvement measuresContinuously improve operation quality and customer satisfaction

Cost Control & Capability Building

• Conduct sorting capability building work
• Improve sorting efficiency through process optimization and reasonable resource allocation to reduce operating costs
• Pay attention to industry dynamics and introduce advanced concepts and technologies to enhance sorting core competitiveness

Cross‑Department Collaborative Cooperation

• Collaborate closely with internal and external departments
• Strengthen information communication and resource sharing
• Collaboratively solve sorting operation problems
• Ensure smooth connection across the supply chain links
• Jointly achieve service quality goals
