Accountabilities

You will lead mobile application development efforts, ensuring high-quality delivery across Android and iOS platforms while contributing to technical strategy and engineering excellence. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Drive technical decisions and development practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-performing mobile solutions.
• Conduct detailed code reviews across Android and iOS projects, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and optimization principles.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive and high-quality mobile experiences.
• Design and implement solutions that work effectively across a wide range of mobile devices and operating environments.
• Integrate external data sources, APIs, and third-party services into mobile applications.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests, ensuring reliability, usability, and performance across different scenarios.
• Monitor live application performance and continuously optimize mobile apps at the code level.
• Support debugging efforts and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure applications are visually consistent, user-friendly, and aligned with platform guidelines.
• Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, development frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Promote knowledge sharing, technical improvement, and a culture of engineering excellence within the team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced mobile developer with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building high-quality applications. The required qualifications and skills include:

• 8+ years of experience in mobile application development, with strong expertise across Android and iOS platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Kotlin, Java, and Swift for native mobile development.
• Strong experience with mobile architecture patterns including MVP and MVVM.
• Proven experience leading development initiatives and conducting effective code reviews.
• Strong understanding of mobile application performance optimization and best practices.
• Experience working with APIs, external data integrations, and mobile data management.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, automated testing practices, and continuous integration/deployment workflows.
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git, BitBucket, and SourceTree.
• Strong understanding of Android and iOS design principles, interface guidelines, and platform-specific best practices.
• Experience working with ViewModel architecture and modern mobile development approaches.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
