Lab Technician - Dammam, KSA

What you´ll do

• Receive, label, and perform analysis on samples in line with test protocols.
• Conduct laboratory testing on finished goods following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze and interpret test results, preparing detailed technical reports for internal and customer use.
• Accurately document test data in laboratory information systems.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments regularly.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with procurement of lab consumables.
• Ensure full compliance with safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Develop and share test plans and reports with internal teams and customers.
• Organize and prioritize daily/weekly tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex situations and implementing effective solutions.
• Goal-oriented mindset, setting ambitious targets, driving execution, and recognizing outstanding performance.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support daily operations and reporting.
• Experienced in using SAP for enterprise resource planning and process management.
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain Strategic Management principles to optimize operations.
• Knowledge of cost management techniques to control and reduce expenses.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and professional communication.
