Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dammam.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in accounting operations and in-depth knowledge of Saudi accounting standards, ZATCA regulations, and local compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger, and monthly closing.
-Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
-Reconcile bank accounts, suppliers, customers, and intercompany accounts
-Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely settlements.
-Prepare payroll, Vacation Settlement, and EOSB in line with policy guidelines of the HR Department.
-Monitor and prepare petty cash disbursement and reimbursement.
-Prepare financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
-Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
-Experience supporting and finalizing external audits.
-Experience in preparing IKTVA (In-Kingdom Total Value Add) is an added advantage.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
-SOCPA certification is required.
-Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in accounting and finance within KSA.
-Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, VAT, ZATCA, and commercial regulations.
-Hands-on experience with accounting systems (ERP systems Odoo).
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
-Excellent communication skills in English.
