Oracle Procurement Solution Lead

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Procurement Solution Lead to join a major enterprise transformation programme delivering Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud solutions across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Oracle professional to lead end-to-end solution design, engage with key business stakeholders, and drive procurement transformation initiatives within a large-scale Oracle Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the functional design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud solutions.
• Drive workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future‑state procurement processes.
• Design and optimise end-to-end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes.
• Deliver solutions across Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management and Procurement Contracts.
• Work closely with integration teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs and cross‑functional interfaces with Finance and Inventory.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover planning and go‑live activities.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while acting as the primary point of contact for procurement stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices and align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with significant exposure to Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management and Procure‑to‑Pay processes.
• Experience implementing Self Service Procurement (SSP) and Procurement Contracts.
• Good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead workshops, solution design sessions and cross‑functional teams.
