ROLE OVERVIEW

The main purpose of the job holder is to achieve growth in the assigned market by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s client base and ensures revenue goals are met.
Work together with the company’s Country Manager, local partners and supervise the objectives and performance monitoring.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets
• Take complete ownership of the sales and revenue budgets for the assigned market
• Build sales pipelines and present proposals – work with pre-sales consultants to pitch hospitality solutions to clients
• Research industry and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth
• Present realistic and achievable proposals to prospective clients
• Ensure release of payments from new orders as per SLA
• Monitor and be aware of competitor activity
• Post-sales co-ordination with clients with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction
• Support and manage relationship with local partners in the market.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum of 8 - 12 years’ experience in enterprise software/ sales/ hospitality industry
• Experience with leading IT/software/ hospitality companies or OTA experience is an added advantage
• Ability to impact an audience with strong presentation skills
• Effective application of consultative or solution selling techniques
• Presents a professional image inside and outside of the organisation
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the company, the work, the vision and the people
• Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
