Building Maintenance Technician (Civil) to 6 Nos (In Kingdom And Transferable Iqama) Region: Jubail (Dammam, Al Khobar, Jubail and Al Ahsa) Job Description; Available for Both SAUDIS and NON-SAUDI (Transferable Iqama Only) The Building Maintenance Technician (Civil) performs routine and corrective civil maintenance works in buildings and facilities. The technician identifies defects, determines the required repair method, carries out approved maintenance activities, and reports completed work to the supervisor or engineer. The position typically covers: Summarized Scope and Responsibilities Responsible for the inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, and minor construction works of building and civil facilities, including: Masonry and Concrete: Repair block walls, plaster, cracks, mortar joints, concrete surfaces, steps, curbs, and slabs. Finishes: Perform plastering, rendering, painting, tiling, flooring, skirting, and grout repairs. Ceilings and Partitions: Repair gypsum boards, suspended ceilings, ceiling tiles, access panels, and minor partitions. Roofing and Waterproofing: Inspect and repair minor roof defects, leakage, sealants, flashing, and waterproofing systems. Doors, Windows and Joinery: Repair and adjust doors, windows, frames, hinges, locks, hardware, wooden fixtures, cabinets, and partitions. Civil Fixtures: Maintain handrails, benches, bollards, barriers, curbs, and other building-related fixtures. External and Pavement Works: Repair walkways, paving blocks, curbs, fencing, concrete/asphalt surfaces, and minor road defects. Drainage Civil Works: Maintain drain channels, gratings, manholes, inspection chambers, covers, and related civil structures. Sealant Works: Apply and replace silicone, construction sealants, expansion-joint sealants, and weatherproofing materials. Minor Construction and Modifications: Execute approved small-scale alterations, repairs, partitions, and facility improvements.
