Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and brand identity.
- Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including digital and print content.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimise marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing within the transport & distribution industry.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
