Architecture - Freyssinet Saudi Arabia

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . This role is exclusively open to Saudi nationals as part of our commitment to local talent development. Reporting to the Senior Architect , the successful candidate will play a critical role in the design, development, and execution of architectural projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to develop architectural plans and specifications.
- Create detailed technical drawings, renderings, and models using advanced design software.
- Review and analyze building codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, and sustainable design principles.
- Liaise with external consultants and stakeholders to coordinate architectural aspects of projects.
Qualifications
- Saudi national (mandatory).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and development.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent understanding of building materials, construction methods, and architectural styles .
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic .
