Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical engineering aspects of projects in compliance with Saudi Aramco standards.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within timelines and budgets.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies following Nebosh safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
- Review and approve electrical engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including design drawings, technical reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to project management principles as per PMP guidelines (if certified).
- Address and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless project execution.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications:
- Nebosh certification for Safety Officer (mandatory).
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles.
- Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects with thorough knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards (mandatory).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in electrical system design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes and safety regulations.
- Other Skills:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
