Document Controller- Saudi National

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Document Controller to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Consultant (PMC) team you will be responsible for managing and controlling all project-related documents using Electronic Document Management (EDM) systems with a focus on ACONEX.

• Implement and maintain document control procedures using ACONEX and other EDM systems
• Ensure all project documents are properly coded filed and easily retrievable
• Coordinate the flow of documents between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor document revisions and maintain version control
• Generate regular reports on document status and distribution
• Assist in the development and implementation of document control best practices
• Provide training and support to team members on document control procedures and ACONEX usage
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian document control standards and regulations
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to streamline document management processes
• Perform quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness

Qualifications :

• Saudi National
• Bachelors degree in Information Management Engineering or related field
• Proven 5 Years experience with Electronic Document Management systems particularly ACONEX
• Knowledge of Project Management Consultant (PMC) processes and workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Certification in document control or information management is a plus
• Understanding of construction project management processes and terminology
