Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and present a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines.
• Develop innovative dessert concepts and seasonal menu items that align with the Saudi market and customer preferences.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all pastry items.
• Manage daily pastry kitchen operations, including preparation schedules and production planning.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.
• Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to support menu development and special events.
• Train and supervise junior pastry staff when required.
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are properly maintained and organized.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Pastry Chef , with hands‑on experience in the Saudi market.
• Strong understanding of local customer preferences and market trends in KSA.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation and flavor development.

Portfolio Requirement

• Applicants must provide a professional portfolio showcasing previous pastry and dessert work.
